This week has been a celebration of international music on our shores with DNCE rocking a concert and the Good Vibes Festival bringing globally established indie bands and musicians but, let’s focus our attention closer to home with our list of Tracks of the Week!Renjana – Noh Salleh (from the re-release of Angin Kencang)

WHO doesn’t know Loque? From his days in Butterfingers to leading the contemporary creative tour de force, MonoloQue, Loque has been a significant figure in the local music scene.
THE DOWNFALL of people’s appreciation for classical music is a complicated topic to discuss. However, I like to theorize that it’s when people would listen to a classical composition and assumed that it was from a film.
A TUMULTUOUS WEEK it has been, what with the death of one of mainstream rock and nu-metal’s greats, Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington. But when mourning his death becomes overwhelming, it is important to note that there is much hope in the local scene for great music too. Take care of yourself, dear readers! Talk to someone about your mental health, don’t be embarrassed by your depression. On another note, we have songs from Monoloque, indie pop-punk outfit Pasca Sini, Islands and even Zizan this week! Check them out and tell us what you think!
